Getting to the Venue

From Incheon International Airport (ICN) or Gimpo International Airport (GMP), you can take a bus or train to Deajeon.

From Incheon International Airport (ICN)

By Intercity Bus (Airport-Daejeon)

  • This route is the fastest and convenient.
  • First bus at 6:30am, last bus at 10:30pm, departs around every 20 minutes.
  • Ticket can be reserved online from https://intercitybuse.tmoney.co.kr/. If you will buy a ticket offline, skip this step.
    • Set your departure as “IncheonAirport T1 or T2” and destination as “Daejeon Gov Complex”.
    • It’s advised to set your bus departing time as 1.5+ hour after the flight landing time.
    • Enter the info below at the payment step.
  • From Incheon International Airport, Terminal 1
    • Go to the bus stop No. 11 on the 1st floor.
    • If you have already reserved a ticket, find a nearby ticket box, show your credit and the reservation confirmation web page, and get your ticket.
    • If you haven’t reserved a ticket, buy a ticket at a nearby ticket box for “Daejeon Government Complex”.

  • From Incheon International Airport, Terminal 2
    • Go to bus stop No.5 on the Transportation center Basement 1.
    • If you have already reserved a ticket, find a nearby ticket box, show your credit and the reservation confirmation web page, and get your ticket.
    • If you haven’t reserved a ticket online, buy a ticket at a nearby ticket box for “Daejeon Government Complex”.

By High Speed Train (Airport-Seoul-Daejeon)

From Gimpo International Airport (GMP)

By High Speed Train

  • From Gimpo Airport, board Airport Railroad Express.
  • Ride the train approximately 20 minutes to its final station, Seoul Station.
  • At Seoul Station, buy a ticket for the KTX train to Daejeon (online ticket purchase: https://www.letskorail.com/).
  • Ride the KTX train approximately 1 hour to Daejeon Station.
  • Take a taxi from Daejeon Station to Daejeon Convention Center (20 minutes).

From Seoul

By High Speed Train

  • At Seoul Station, buy a ticket for the KTX train to Daejeon (online ticket purchase: https://www.letskorail.com/).  
  • Ride the KTX train approximately 1 hour to Daejeon Station.
  • Take a taxi from Daejeon Station to Daejeon Convention Center (20 minutes).

By Express Bus

From Daejeon to Incheon International Airport (ICN)

By Intercity bus (Daejeon-Airport)

  • Reserve your ticket several days before the departure from https://intercitybuse.tmoney.co.kr/
    • Enter your departure as “Daejeon Gov Complex(airport route)”
    • Bus departure time should be at least 5 hourse earlier than your flight departure time to arrive at the airport 2 hours before the flight departure time.
    • Refer to the above for the information needed in the card payment step.
    • If your credit card does not work for this online reservation, you need to buy a ticket from the boarding station (see below map).
  • Arrive at the boarding station at least 10 minutes earlier, show your credit card and reservation confirmation web page to get the bus ticket

By High Speed Train (Daejeon-Seoul-Airport)

  • Reserve your ticket several days before the departure from Deajeon Station to Seoul Station from https://www.letskorail.com/
  • Take a taxi to Daejeon Station.
  • Ride the KTX train approximately 1 hour to Seoul Station.
  • From Seoul Station, board Airport Railroad Express for Incheon International Airport.
  • Ride the train approximately 1 hour to its final station, Incheon International Airport.

Visa Information

Visa Invitation Letter

PG attendees who are required to apply for a visa will first need to register. After registration, please fill out this form using your PG registration number. Please contact Conference Chair via pg2023general@gmail.com (do not contact chairs-pg2023@eg.org for visa/registration issues) if you encounter problems with the registration process. Organizers will reach out to you with a signed invitation letter, which you can use to support your Korean visa application.
